Africa carries a large share of disease but few of the trials
The continent faces a dual burden: infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV and tuberculosis, alongside rising rates of cancer and cardiovascular disease.
Too few trials means patients wait longer for new treatments, and the world's most genetically diverse populations are underrepresented in the data behind new medicines. A major reason is that regulatory approvals and site readiness are slow and hard to predict.
What we do
Faster startup, reliable operations and technology that works on the ground.
Study startupAI + expert review
Ethics, regulatory and registry submissions prepared complete and first-time-right, then tracked to approval against one timeline.
Trial operationsBuilding now
Site activation, trial supply, patient recruitment and monitoring, run by our own clinical operations team to international GCP standards.
Technology that fits your workflow
Electronic data capture built for African sites, including low-bandwidth settings, and designed to connect with the systems sponsors already use.
How it works
AI does the heavy lifting. People make the decisions.
-
AI prepares
Our AI maps your protocol to each country's regulatory and ethics requirements, drafts the submission package and flags gaps before they turn into queries.
-
Experts review
Regulatory specialists with local experience check every document before it's submitted. Nothing goes out on AI alone.
-
Our local team delivers
We submit and follow through to approval, then activate sites and recruit patients, with timelines you can track in one dashboard.
